About Us provides an online community setting where San Franciscans can share information, from available housing and jobs to events and party listings. The site was launched on April 12th, 1999 with twelve discussion areas. The site quickly moved towards a Webzine format, with local writers contributing content on restaurant, bar and movie reviews, advice columns, as well as opinionated and humorous commentary.

Site guests have always been encouraged to join in our discussions and share their opinions openly. Today is a primary information source for Bay Area Internet Professionals. We are focused on growing a strong and trusting community. is geared towards professional women and men between the ages of 25 and 40. As a result of the strong influence of the Web and Technology industries in San Francisco, our content caters to the Web/Internet community at large.

Our mission is to create an online community which mirrors the "real life" community of San Francisco. We would like to think of as a site built from within the community, by it's members; a place where our city's stories are told by those who have chosen to make San Francisco their home.
